When you use our contact form, we collect your Name and Email Address. We use this data solely to reply to your inquiries regarding our artworks or partnerships. We do not use this data for marketing unless you explicitly subscribe to our newsletter.
b) Orders & Shop
When you purchase an artwork, we collect:
- Name and Surname
- Billing and Shipping Address
- Phone Number (required for the courier/shipping carrier)
- Email Address (to send order updates and invoices)
- Tax ID / VAT Number (for invoicing purposes, if applicable)
3. PAYMENTS
We accept payments via PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

For users that purchase on our website, we store the personal information provided in their user profile indefinitely for customer service and legal/tax record-keeping purposes.

- Request that we erase any personal data we hold about you (this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes).
