1. THE RELATIONSHIP
By joining the program, the “Partner” (Venue) agrees to display artworks by Gibba (“Artist”) to promote sales via the official website. This is a non-exclusive marketing partnership, not an employment relationship.
2. COMMISSIONS
The Partner earns a standard commission of 15% on the net sale price (excluding shipping/taxes) for every purchase made by a customer tracked via their unique Affiliate Link or QR Code within 30 days of the first click.
3. DISPLAY UNITS
Artworks provided to the Partner for display remain the sole property of the Artist. They are “Display Units” and must not be sold directly by the venue unless authorized. If an artwork is damaged or stolen while in the Partner’s custody, the Partner may be liable for the production cost.
4. PAYOUTS
Commissions are paid monthly when the balance exceeds €50.00. Payments are made via Bank Transfer or PayPal against a valid invoice (or receipt) issued by the Partner for “Marketing Services”.
5. TERMINATION
Either party may end this agreement with 15 days’ notice. Upon termination, the Partner must return all Display Units to the Artist in their original condition.
